Prawns, apple and celery bound together in a tangy seafood sauce served with crisp salad leaves

Roast sirloin of beef served with mustard Yorkshire pudding and red wine gravy

Roast loin of pork with apple and sausage meat stuffing, crackling and roast gravy

Roast leg of Cheshire lamb served with a rosemary,redcurrant and port wine jus

Pan fried breast of Chicken carved onto a pool of mushroom and tarragon cream sauce

Grilled fillets of  sea bass served on a tomato fondue with a drizzle of lemon aioli
