Our award winning restaurant in Sale is a popular venue for hotel residents and the local community and boasts a comprehensive set of menus and dining  choices, including a  silver served Sunday Lunch and Fine dining  during the week and on Saturday evenings. During the week residents and guests can choose from our   Ala Carte or from our  table d’Hote menu which changes on a weekly basis and takes advantage of local and seasonal choices.

At the Normanhurst our belief is that locally sourced produce is best!  We use suppliers from the Cheshire area to ensure that only the finest ingredients make it to our kitchen.  We aim to produce simple honest food with a modern British theme and put a strong emphasis on flavour.
Can’t find what you want on the menu?  Our chefs can prepare something to your liking…….if we have it in house you can have it on your plate!  Request in advance and we can prepare most meals for you.  Whether its oysters on ice and lobster thermador for two, or a whole beef Wellington for a large family gathering, no request is too large or small.
All dietary needs can be met, and further vegan and vegetarian options are always available.

The kitchen is under the guidance of our head chef Adam Russell who uses only the highest quality produce ensuring every gourmet is presented with a gastronomic feast.

Adam has created an exiting new range of dishes for our 2013 Ala Carte menu and is delighted to present Chateaubriand as our signature dish this year.

Every Sunday the hotel offers a traditional family lunch with a full selection of succulent roasts and a children’s menu to keep the whole family happy, alternatively you can let the younger children enjoy the acres of gardens while you enjoy your lunch in peace.

Whether it’s a table for 2 or a party of 72 you will find that the Normanhurst will take care of all your arrangements to give you complete peace of mind for any private or business reservations. The staff are there to ensure that you relax and enjoy yourself.

When dining during the festive period you will find the hotel decorated in period décor reminiscent of bygone Christmases with a choice of festive menu to complement the season.

Our award winning restaurant offers an  A La Carte, Table d’Hote and a highly recommended Sunday Lunch menu – where children of any age are welcome and special dietary needs are accommodated with ease.
