To start the evening

A seafood medley comprising of crayfish tails with a tangy Marie rose sauce, Oak smoked salmon with a horseradish mayonnaise and greenlip mussels drizzled with a light garlic butter

Accompanied with Hollick Chardonnay a rich and full flavoured wine with a crisp clean and slightly buttery finish

A duo of meat

A fillet mignon coated in a creamy peppercorn sauce accompanied by a duo of    lamb cutlets served with light minted jus

 Hollick  Neilson Block merlot one of Hollicks icon wines a medium bodied wine crimson in colour, perfumed aroma of violets red cherries

To Finish

Our own individual braised rhubarb with a crunch crumble topping served with a luxury vanilla ice cream

Hollick Nectar a sweet wine with a definite hint of honey
